Participants in the СŷÊÓƵ Affiliates Program must meet and maintain the following eligibility criteria to continue receiving the benefits of the program:

• Admission Requirements: Students must meet all relevant admission requirements for their chosen program of study as determined by СŷÊÓƵ’s admissions policies.
• Continuous Enrollment: Students must remain continuously enrolled in their academic program. Continuous enrollment is defined as maintaining enrollment during both the fall and spring semesters. Students may enroll on a part-time basis but must not have a gap in enrollment during these terms.
• Qualified Program: СŷÊÓƵ offers multiple ways to pursue an education. Only those approved credit-bearing programs that appear in СŷÊÓƵ’s academic catalog are qualified programs for the Affiliates Program. This includes undergraduate and graduate degrees, in addition to those approved credit-bearing certificates in the catalog.
• Academic Standing: Students must remain in good academic standing as defined by СŷÊÓƵ’s academic policies.
• Program Completion Timeline: Students must complete their degree or certificate program within 150% of the standard program length, as determined by the СŷÊÓƵ Bursar’s Office.
• Eligible Students: This program is available from Fall 2025 to new students, continuing students without a prior balance and in good academic standing, and readmitted students without a prior balance and in good academic standing.
• Financial Aid Application: Students must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and/or the New Jersey Alternative Financial Aid Application (if applicable). The СŷÊÓƵ Affiliates Program tuition discount is calculated based on the total tuition amount and is applied after all other financial aid, scholarships, and grants have been awarded. This discount cannot increase any eligible refund a student may receive.
• Eligibility Confirmation: Students must confirm their continued eligibility for the program each fall semesterr. Failure to verify eligibility may result in the suspension or loss of the tuition discount.
• Non-Stacking of Discounts and Aid Programs: The СŷÊÓƵ Affiliates Program discount cannot be combined with other СŷÊÓƵ institutional tuition discount programs. If a student qualifies for multiple discount programs, they must select one. This discount may still be applied in conjunction with external financial aid (such as federal and state grants and scholarships), but it cannot be combined with other СŷÊÓƵ-offered tuition reduction programs.

By participating in the СŷÊÓƵ Affiliates Program, students acknowledge and agree to these terms. Failure to meet any of these conditions may result in the loss of program benefits.

СŷÊÓƵ alumni who have successfully completed an eligible program as defined above are eligible to participate in the Affiliates Program, provided they meet the following criteria:

• The alumnus must have graduated in good academic standing.
• Students must have graduated from an eligible programs defined above and submit a FAFSA or NJAFAA.

In July 2024, СŷÊÓƵ partnered with BGCHC to support underserved students in pursuing higher education. Participants who complete BGCHC programs and meet СŷÊÓƵ's admission requirements receive conditional admission and a 20% tuition discount for up to four years, provided they maintain good academic standing.

In January 2024, СŷÊÓƵ signed an MOU with JCPOBA to facilitate higher education opportunities for Jersey City law enforcement officers. This agreement allows officers and qualified members of their household to pursue eligible programs, as defined above,at СŷÊÓƵ, enhancing their professional development and community engagement.

In November 2024, СŷÊÓƵ (СŷÊÓƵ) and the Jersey City Board of Education (JCBOE) entered into an academic articulation agreement to enhance visual and performing arts education within the Jersey City Public Schools (JCPS). This agreement allows officers and qualified members of their household to pursue eligible programs, as defined above, at СŷÊÓƵ, enhancing their professional development and community engagement.

СŷÊÓƵ (СŷÊÓƵ) and NJ Tutoring Corps, Inc. (NJTC), have collaborated to provide a structured experience for employees of NJTC, integrating coursework with hands-on training. Program benefits include financial opportunities, 20% discount, prior learning credit options, and a streamlined application process, reinforcing СŷÊÓƵ’s commitment to accessible and high-quality educator preparation.
