President of the Massachusetts Teachers Association (MTA) Barbara Madeloni, candidate of the reform caucus, Educators for a Democratic Union (EDU), responds to questions about the Union鈥檚 involvement in the campaign to 鈥渓ift the cap鈥 on the number of charter schools in the state.
